Fragrant Rice Vs White Rice
I noted that many people on the world are misunderstanding between White Rice and Fragrant Rice

White Rice is a white rice. Usually, white rice content amylose about 20-30% and has no natural flavor such aroma and it is not texture when you cooked it.

White Rice 
Fragrant Rice is a fragrant rice and its color is a whiteness as rain drop. This rice grow on Dry-farm and has no water standing on field during dry season. Cambodia famers using rainfall for feed it. Rainfall is a Fresh_water. The Cambodian fragrant content amylose about 13% and it has a strong natural aroma, texture, natural flavor when cooked it. Bayon cereal won the National competition by submitted it.
Last year, my partner life and I brought it to Temasak polytecnic for find out it's GI and now I have just got and the GI study report said that The Cambodian fragrant rice produced a lower peak blood glucose level. This is a great result for Cambodia farmers and rice consuming on the world and more much potential benefits to consumers for treat and prevention chronic disease such Heart disease, Cancer disease and Diabetes disease like David_J._Jenkins concept.

Therefore, Do not confuse please, Cambodian Fragrant Rice is a Fragrant Rice. White Rice is a White.
