Senkraob is Khmer language in English called Cambodian Fragrant Rice. 

The Cambodia fragrant rice has been certified as Medium Glycemic Index (GI) of 62 based on rigorous testing performed by Temasek Polytechnic Glycemic Index research Unit (GIRU) Cert No: FFT-2010-0001-A and it is the National Best Rice Award 2017.
