Congratulation please, report of testing GI value of Cambodian fragrant rice is came and the testing is tested at Temasak politechnic university at Singapore. 11 persons volunteer for testing. 9 person are Chinese, 01person is Malaysian and last one is India. Their age between 23-59 year.

The result found of Glycemic Index (GI) value of Cambodian Fragrant rice is Medium (62.0 _+ 3.69)
Therefore, in near the future Cambodia farmers is a strong for producing Fragrant rice as a healthy for helping diabetic effect on the world. WHO report shown that diabetic is increasing 422 million people on the world. in 1980 diabetic effected 108 million and 422 million in 2014. So, Cambodia fragrant rice (Sen Kra-Ob) can helping them and preventing their blood sugar level as shown below:
