Why does WHO recommend avoid white rice?
White rice is a white rice. Usually, white rice amylose about 20-30% and has no natural flavor such aroma and it is not texture when you cooked it.
Why does world health organization recommend avoid white rice?
Because of health effects of content high amylose. High amylose is called resistant starch. The resistant starch does not release glucose to your blood when you get it.
